Paula Mooney MSPT has been treating patients for 23 years, twelve of those years in Southwest Colorado and eleven years in Phoenix, Arizona. Her passion for a higher level of patient care has lead her to open her own clinic here in the Pine River Valley, where she is raising her family. Paula had specialized in pediatrics for the first 10 years of her career while living in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked in many different specialties including hospitals, rehab facilities, home health care, schools and out patient clinics. Paula has continued her professional growth throughout her career allowing her to expand her clinical skills and expertise in patient treatment.

Don Mooney is Paula’s husband and business manager. He has over 25 years of healthcare experience working in several diverse aspects of healthcare delivery. Don brings his experience opening several primary care clinics in the Southwest Colorado area and is responsible for the overall financing of the clinic, contracting with regional and national insurance companies, and working with our billing company to ensure that patient’s balances are processed accurately and timely. Don is always available to discuss the clinic, contracting or billing issues. He can be reached at 970.903.8895.

And Echo is our sweet golden that greets patients as they come into the clinic. He is 12 years old this year and loves spending time with patients.

Pine River Physical Therapy currently contracts with a billing company out of Boulder, CO. Patients should expect to receive billing information from Flatirons Practice Management.
